Definite Pros and Cons to Show

These are two very engaging, skilled hosts with a good selection of guests, with great topics and content. It gets hard to listen to after a while, as the hosts are VERY full of themselves and also can spend up to half of the show chit-chatting. You get the feeling that the show is for themselves more than for the listener. If they coached themselves prior to recording to focus on being respectful of the listeners time, and not having an arrogant tone, it would be a top notch show.
